A $500 deposit is required to secure a vehicle and is refundable if Curran Volkswagen cancels the order or the vehicle becomes unavailable. Deposits become non-refundable 7 days after being placed and may be applied toward losses, including but not limited to any of the following: depreciation, market value changes, floorplan and holding costs, reconditioning, transportation, administrative costs, and lost sale opportunities. Curran Volkswagen reserves the right to refund the deposit and release the vehicle for sale at any time. An order without a deposit will not hold the vehicle, and an order without a deposit will be canceled if another customer places a deposit.
